Privacy Notice
How Triple E Training collects and uses your personal information when you use the AI Skills Risk Snapshot and the SLP Skills Snapshot, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
This notice explains what information we collect through these diagnostic tools, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By submitting a snapshot or a booking request you confirm that you have read and understood this notice.
Who is responsible for your information
Triple E Training is the responsible party for the personal information collected through these tools. If you have any questions, you can reach our Information Officer using the contact details published on eee.co.za.
What we collect
When you complete a snapshot or a booking request, we collect:
- Your contact details: name, work email, phone number and role.
- Company or operation details: organisation name, industry or commodity, approximate size, provinces and sites.
- The group-level answers you provide about workforce skills, priorities and reporting. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, the names or records of individual employees.
Why we collect it
We use this information to generate your snapshot, to respond to your enquiry, and to contact you about a formal placement assessment or Triple E training services. We process it on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the tools are used so we can improve them. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them on the cookie banner, and you can decline without affecting your ability to use the tools. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with the customer relationship management (CRM) provider we use to manage and respond to enquiries, acting as our operator on our instructions. Some of our service providers may process information outside South Africa under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate business and record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to its processing, or withdraw your consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
